Ride Night- Tulip Festival Kick-off...

Tonight the rides at the Tulip Festival opened. Jamie and the girls came up (YAY!) and we walked down from our house. It was so nice! Lately I have been reminded how AWESOME it is that my sister is here and we can raise our kids together- knowing eachother- it is wonderful! (:
So first thing Tristan did (after buying the $10 all-you-can-ride wristbands) was found one of his friends and went on the bumper cars....

This one is soooo funny- the look on his face! LOL!

Then Ellie took Jax on the little roller coaster- the pics are kinda blurry but what FUNNY expressions!

Whooooaaa!

This one is priceless-lol!

Wide-eyed Gracie taking it all in...

Ellie and Jax in the Bouncy Castle:

Jax was a little scared to stand up (:

Jax found a little friend to go on the Elephant ride with...
Jax and Gracie chillin' in the shade and watching Ellie come down the slide...
WEEEE!!!!
Bird's eye view of the tulips...Dad joined us later in the evening on his way home from the dairy....

I took Jax on the Carousel which he loved!

There's Daddy!

A little Cotton Candy before we walked back home...

Tristan and Ellie in the Giant Wooden Shoe...a new addition to the Tulip Festival this year-
Hoping for nice weather on Saturday when Jamie and Company will come back up for the parades and Dutch festivities. Stay tuned for more pics!

Reserved for Mom & Jim's Visit

I had uploaded pics but it wouldn't let me save the post so I will be reserving this slot for later today or this weekend and upload the pics from Mom's camera here....
